More Bout Me :)

Since the first post got cut off kinda early im gonna talk more about myself. ha. So like I said Im a sophomore at the College of Mount St Joseph and im studying sport management. A lot of people that go to this school are from around here and even commute. Not me. I live three hours away in a tiny town in Indiana called Solsberry (we used to think that the nasty salisbury steak in the elem cafeteria was named after us haha). But yea to give you an idea of how small the town is...we have a gas station, a bank, a diner, one stop light, and our school. My school's name is Eastern Greene...I graduated with about 80 people and at the time was the largest class to graduate from there. Basketball is by far the main sport there (we didnt even have a football team until I was in junior high) A boys basketball game at my school can remind you of the movie hoosiers with how loud and packed the small gym is every time. A school that we played was actually one of the opponents in the movie (Oolitic). I was very involved in high school. I played volleyball, basketball, softball, was the class vice-president every year, and was involved in many clubs. I loved high school and at times I even miss it.

Lovin the snowww!

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE SNOWDAYS!!! :)

The past few days have been crazy here around Cincy with all the snow and ice but i have loved every bit of it. I think everything looks so beautiful covered in white...especially all the trees. I just wish it would have looked like this on Christmas. It doesnt feel the same when its not a white Christmas. But anyway. We didnt have school for two days and even our basketball game in Anderson Indiana was postponed.

It snowed again a little last night but we still have school : ( Im hopin it keeps comin...the more snow days the better!!

So its monday (ugh!) and us girls are finally bout to have all the plans for spring break done and im soooo excited!! : ) I have never been on a trip where its just me and my friends...its always been for sports or with family or whatever. I just want to get to the beach, thats all i need. We are driving down which kinda sucks but whatever to save money lol. I have two new swimsuits which is probably all ill need...if i spend the whole time layin out thats totally fine with me : )
Ahh im soo excited!

Ok so its after midnight and the team just got back from our game at Transy (Lexington)... In case you don't know our team isn't doin the greatest this year but we have been workin our butts off to turn it around. We played one of the worst teams in the conference last Saturday and lost by over ten, then tonight we play the top team and lose by TWO!!! Its sooo frustrating. But whatev. Im sure ill have lots more to say bout bball but I just had to get this out before bed....goodnight : )

When I Grow Up...

So I don't know about everyone else but I have had a lot of trouble deciding what I want to do with my life. I was kind of hoping that it would just come to me but it never really did until just recently. Even though I am studying Sport Management right now in school, I have decided that I want to be an event planner after college. Over the summer was my parent's 30th anniversary and I decided to throw them a surprise party. I arranged everything and really liked it so im gonna go with it and hopefully it works out : ) So if you need help plannin anything hit me up ha!

So, i don't really know exactly what to talk about for my first post so I guess I will just talk about myself : ) yay. ha. So I am a sophomore at the College of Mount st Joseph and am a player for the basketball team. I am studying Sport Management with a minor in Business. Ill tell more in the next one (im in class) : (
